No. This is coaching and clarity support, not therapy or clinical mental health care.
I do not diagnose, treat mental health conditions, provide suicide crisis support, or replace the care of a license therapist, counselor, doctor, or other mental health professional.
This work is for personal reflection, practical clarity, life direction, boundaries, self-worth, relationship patterns, and next-step support. as a part of this we make dig through childhood wounds, but not as a replacement for licensed mental healthcare.
You can bring specific situations, decisions, patterns, or areas of life where you feel stuck and want help sorting through your thoughts or have a non-biased outside sounding board.
Common Topics may include:
Yes, in many cases coaching can work alongside therapy, as along as each has a clear role.
Therapy is the place for clinical mental health care, diagnosis, trauma treatment, EMDR, medications, and deeper psychological care.
Coaching is focused on reflection, practical clarity, personal responsibility, and next steps.
If something comes up that is outside the scope of my practice, I may encourage you to bring it to a licensed professional.
A video session is a live, one-on-one conversation focused on clarity, reflection, and practical next steps.
After a brief introduction, we will discuss the topics presented in your intake form. We will talk through what is happening, look for patterns, ask honest questions, and explore what your next grounded step might be.
You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet. you only need to come willing to be honest, reflect, and consider what growth might look like.
While I may help guide the conversation based on the goals you shared, this is your session. If something new or more pressing has come up since completing your intake form, you are welcome to bring that into the conversation.
Sometimes it is easier to formulate thoughts when you can write it down.
An email Clarity Session gives you space to explain what feels stuck, confusing, repetitive, or hard to sort through, without the pressure of a live conversation.
Choose this option when booking and the following page will include an intake form, and space to share the situation, question, decision or pattern you want help with. Use as much or as little space provided as you wish.
I will spend up to one hour reading, reflecting, and writing a thoughtful response back to you.
My reply may include honest reflection, clarifying questions, practical perspective, pattern recognition, and possible next steps to help you see the situation more clearly.
This option is best for personal growth, boundaries, self-worth, communication struggles, relationship patterns, family challenges, life transitions, or moments when you feel ready for change but are unsure where to begin.
Email coaching is not therapy, counseling, or crisis support, or clinical mental healthcare. It is not appropriate for emergencies, active danger, or urgent mental health needs.
Each session will include one intake form from you at the time of booking.
Please allow 24 hours for response time. A payment link will be provided for follow-up email communication, or you can easily book another appointment online.
If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a mental health crisis, feeling unable to keep yourself safe, dealing with active abuse, or needing urgent emotional or medical support, this is not the right first step.
Please contact emergency services, a crisis line, a licensed mental health professional or a trusted local support resource.
Coaching can support growth and clarity, but it is not meant to replace professional care when safety is the primary concern.
